How we work?
For a check in/out/basic cleaning service: rental of a 60 m2 apartment in Paris, with a Saturday arrival at 2 pm :
We get in touch with your tenants, set an appointment according to their arrival time, and provide practical information needed / directions. We make the beds and set up the linen according to the number of guests. Check-in begins at 2 pm: we welcome tenants, provide operating instructions for appliances and electronics, point out useful area shops & restaurants, turn over keys. During the stay, we respond to requests and act immediately if necessary. At the time of departure, we do a thorough walk-through, retrieve the keys, and proceed to the cleaning. We contact you to let you know about the state of the apartment and appreciation of tenants.

For the Departure of a tenant of a 35 m2 rental in Paris Sunday at 10 am :
We set up the departure appointment according to the tenant’s travel schedule, followed by a deep thorough walk-through and key retrieval.
